CSRDG hosted a national conference on rights-based social services with the support of the European Union and the Austrian Development Agency.
The purpose of the conference was to present an innovative and unique approach to the reality of Georgia, created for the improvement of social services for the disabled and the elderly.
At the conference, the perspectives of the development of the field of social services in Georgia, the advantages of rights-based social services and the knowledge and experience gained in this direction were discussed.
The conference was implemented with the financing of the Austrian Development Agency, within the framework of the ongoing three-year project "Development of rights-based social services for persons with disabilities and the elderly" with the support of the European Union. The project is implemented by the Strategic Research and Development Center of Georgia, together with the Union of Young Teachers and the Association for the Protection of Public Interests of Georgia.
