The goal of the project was to promote the implementation of fiscal decentralization by eliminating the gaps in the municipal budget legislation.

Results of the project - defined the gaps and shortcomings of the law, which was discussed in the general public. Recommendations were prepared, on the basis of which legislative changes were made.
