The goal of the project was to promote the implementation of fiscal decentralization by eliminating the gaps in the municipal budget legislation.

Project results - a policy document on financial guarantees of municipal transport and regional programs was prepared. A publication on the regional development of Georgia was prepared together with the interested parties.
