The purpose of the project was to ensure the prohibition of the use of public funds in the pre-election period in legal entities of public law that are not financed from the state, autonomous or municipal budget.

Results of the project - in the pre-election period, a study of the financial management system of four legal entities under public law, which were not financed by the budget, was carried out. As a result of the research, systemic problems, findings and recommendations were developed, which were presented to the Parliament and Government of Georgia, as well as to the competent agencies and ministries. The results of the study - elections and public finance management were published.
